FRENCH, Nicholas Carl - Age 26, of Grand Blanc, died Wednesday, July 21, 2010. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 AM Saturday, July 24, 2010 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, with Fr. David Harvey, Fr. Bosco Padamattummal and Deacon Ronald Kenney con-celebrating. Burial in All Saints Cemetery, Waterford. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton Friday from 1-4 and 6-9 PM and at church Saturday from 9:30 AM until time of Mass. A vigil service will be held at the funeral home 7:00 PM Friday. Those desiring may make contributions to St. John Catholic School or Powers Catholic High School Scholarship Funds. Nicholas was born January 20, 1984 in Pontiac, the son of William C. and M. Melanie (See) French. He was a 2002 graduate of Powers Catholic High School. He was employed by Genesys Health Park as a Certified Nurses Assistant and was studying to be a Respiratory Therapist. Nicholas was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Surviving are: Parents, William and Melanie French of Grand Blanc; 2 brothers, Michael and wife Jane French of Bath and Jonathon and wife Marie French of Royal Oak; 2 nephews, Devon and Isaac French; niece, Alexis French; grandfather, Herald See of Nokomis, FL formerly of Walled Lake; grandmother, Zell French of Oscoda formerly of Davisburg; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
