NELSON, Neal Alfred - Age 71, of Fenton, died September 24, 2016. Funeral services will be held 12 PM Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Wednesday and from 11 AM until the time of service Thursday. Neal was born December 4, 1944 in Flint, the son of Alfred Richard and Lynette Juanita (Lynn) Nelson. He retired from U.A.W Local #651. Surviving are: children, Kevin Nelson, Curtis Nelson, Stacie Nelson and Matthew Nelson; grandchildren, Ryan, Adam, Sara and Maya; great-grandchildren, Ryan II and Ashton; sister, Diane "Chopper" (Tony) Manry; nephews, Eric Manry, Aaron (Julie) Manry; niece, Linda Campbell; great-nieces and nephews, Amanda (Sean) Meyer, Lynette Paliani, Jerry Crago, Anna, Emily, Robert, Sam and Jacob Manry. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Lynette Campbell; nephew, Byron Campbell; niece, Stephanie Campbell.
