RICHARDSON, Natalee "Pat" - Age 92, of Flint, died Saturday, August 15, 2009 at Jordan House. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton Sunday from 4-7 PM. A private family funeral service will be held Monday. Burial at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint. Those desiring may make contributions to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Pat was born November 9, 1916 in Gibson, Missouri, the daughter of Benjamin and Verna (Blankenship) Barnes. She married Charles Scott Richardson August 14, 1936 in Flint and he preceded her in death November 5, 1975. She was also preceded in death by her parents and sister, Freda McGraw. She owned and operated Padonna's Next To New Shop in Flint until she retired at the age of 82. Pat was a member of the Flint Bowling Association. She was an avid follower of her children and grandchildrens sporting activities. Surviving are: 2 sons, Robert and wife Fran Richardson of Linden and Keith and wife Marty Richardson of Flint; 5 grandchildren, Patricia and husband Eric Karsten of Fenton, Dr. Daniel and wife Lori Richardson of Novi, Curtiss and wife Diane Richardson of Oxford, Kelli Richardson and Kevin Kissel of Davison and Scott Richardson of Flint; 8 great grandchildren, Ashley, Beth, Jordan, Natalee, Joshua, Hannah, Andrew and Amanda; sister, Mary Elaine Hawkins of Linden; niece, Linda and husband Dick Buell and family; nephew, Mike McGraw. The family wishes to extend special thanks to their mother's caregiver, Phyllis Jordan for her loving care and to Mary from Home and Hospice Advantage.
