TAYLOR, Nancy Suzanne ?Sue? - Age 74, of Swartz Creek, went to be with her Lord Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 1:30PM Sunday, February 17, 2008 at Swartz Creek United Methodist Church, 7400 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Rev. Dr. J.D. Landis officiating. Visitation will be held 4-9 PM Friday, 2-4 and 5-9 PM Saturday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be given to the Swartz Creek United Methodist Church Endowment Fund or the Swartz Creek Fine Arts Association. Sue was born March 28, 1933 in Flint, the daughter of George and Hazel Marie (Bovay) Sheerin. She was a graduate of Flint Central High School and Flint Junior College. Sue married William F. Taylor on May 10, 1958. She retired from the City of Swartz Creek in 1992 as City Treasurer. She was a very active member of her church, participating in many committees, as well as, the Swartz Creek Woman?s Club, Kiwanis Club, Swartz Creek Fine Arts Board, Swartz Creek Bunco Club and volunteered at Elms Road Elementary School.  Surviving are her husband William Taylor of Swartz Creek; 3 daughters, Dawn (Craig ) Golden of Swartz Creek, Paula (Alan) Stefanko of Davison, Cheryl (Stephen) Tucker of Monongahela, PA; 2 sons, Bradley (Catherine)Taylor of Brighton and Jeffrey Taylor of Swartz Creek; special daughter, Jacqueline Kildee-Taylor;10 grandchildren, Erica, Emily and Elisa Taylor of Brighton, Olivia, Madeleine and Evan Taylor and Natalie and Zachary Golden all of Swartz Creek, Vincent and Summer Stefanko of Davison; brother, Paul (Agatha) Sheerin of Fenton; sisters in-law, Janice (Bill) Lawrence, Joyce (George) Rainey; several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
