Nancy A. STAMOS

STAMOS, Nancy A. - age 59, of Fenton, died Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at her home surrounded by her family. Services will be held 3 PM Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until the time of service at the funeral home. Nancy was born April 5, 1950 in Saginaw, the daughter of Joseph F. and Mary G. Sanchez. She was a registered nurse at McLaren Regional Medical Center for over 30 years in the Cardiac Surgery Unit. She enjoyed antiquing, garage sales, riding her Harley and traveling to visit family and friends was her favorite. Surviving are: companion and partner, Richard Hanson of Flint; six children, Federico (Jasmine) Alvarado of San Francisco, CA, Linda (Helena) Alvarado of Oak Park, MI, Jon (Ann) Alvarado of Fenton, Todd Stamos of Fenton, Ryan (Stephanie) Stamos of Clarksville, TN, Chad (Christine) Stamos of Flint; 11 grandchildren, Meagan Alvarado, Tara Hanson, Ashley Stamos, Marvin Poston III, Ellington Poston, Autumn Stamos, Ian Stamos, McKenna Stamos, Marissa Stamos, Luke Stamos, Alicia Alvarado and two more on their way. She is also survived by her cat, Elvis and many other loved ones and friends. She was preceded in death by: her mother, Mary G. Sanchez and brother, Joseph Sanchez.
