Nancy P. Madigan

MADIGAN, Nancy P. - Age 79, of Mt. Clemens, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2023.  Per Nancy's request cremation has taken place and  a special Mass will be held Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 11:30 AM St. Peter Catholic Church, 95 Market St., Mt. Clemens. Visitation will be held at the church Tuesday, August 1, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the time of Mass.  

Nancy was born March 23, 1944 in Detroit, the daughter of James and Dorothy (Byrne) Pillon.  She was a 1961 graduate of Grosse Pointe High School in Grosse Pointe and she attended Central Michigan University.  She was an executive secretary for Volkswagen.  Nancy was an avid concert goer and loved to be poolside with her friends and family. 

She was strong in faith and a member of St. Peter Catholic Church. Nancy touched the lives of many people and was loyal to friends and family, she will be missed by all. She loved all her grand fur babies but had a special bond with her rescue cat Katie. Nancy’s greatest joy was spending time with her 6 grandchildren, as she was their biggest fan.

Surviving are: her son, Jeffrey Miller (LaLita Braman) of Flint Township; grandchildren, Isabella Miller, Lyndsey Braman, Jeffrey Miller, Jack Miller, Laynie Braman and Sophia Miller.  

She was preceded in death by her parents.  The family wishes to acknowledge the AMAZING staff and caregivers at Swank Assisted Living and the dedicated team at Heart to Heart Hospice for making Mom's last several days filled with love, comfort, and peace!  Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
