Nancy Jane JOSLIN

JOSLIN, Nancy Jane - 67, of Gaines, died Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, March 8, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton, with Pastor Donald Neuville officiating. Burial immediately following in Oakhill Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Saturday and Sunday from 1-4 and 6-9 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to the Nancy Jane Joslin Memorial Fund. Nancy was born December 3, 1942 in Flint, the daughter of Jerry S. and Virginia A. (Yuhasz) Gyorkos. She married Thomas W. Joslin November 19, 1960 in Grand Blanc and he preceded her in death May 19, 1990. She had resided in Gaines since 1968 coming from Grand Blanc. Surviving are: 2 children, Dawn Michelle Joslin and Fiancee Lance Meek of Gaines and Thomas and wife Kim Joslin of Byron; 2 granddaughters, Paige Joslin and Stephanie Carpenter both of Byron; grandson, Brandon Carpenter currently serving in Iraq; mother, Virginia Gyorkos of Gaines; brother, Gerald and wife Vicky Gyorkos of Arizona; sister, Ginger and husband Ralph Fahler of Gaylord; 3 brothers-in-law, Charles and wife Mary Joslin of Harrison, Richard Joslin of Flint and Gerald and wife Aloma Joslin of Harrison; 2 sisters-in-law, Virginia and husband Harland Pratt of Fenton and Catherine Joslin of Grand Blanc; several nieces and nephews.
