Nancy Hercher

HERCHER, Nancy Jean - Age 64, of Durand formerly of Dearborn, passed away April 6, 2023. Funeral Service 3:00 PM Sunday, April 16, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Homes Miller Road Chapel 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Visitation. 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM Sunday. Interment  Otsego Lake Township Cemetery.

Nancy was born December 16, 1958 in  Dearborn, the daughter of Roger Lee and Lauretta Fran (Person) Hercher. She graduated from Edsel Ford High School. Nancy was employed as a CNA at Pleasant View Nursing Home in Owosso. She previously worked at Budget Rent a Car in Taylor. She enjoyed quilting and baking.

Nancy is survived by: her sons, Brandon Thomason, and Ian (Alyssa) Thomason; grandchildren, Aleciyah Byron, Dakota Thomason, Lucas Thomason, Desirae Thomason, Iris Thomason; sisters, Diane (Linda Connors) Hercher, Vickie (Steve) Lenart, Carol Hercher; nieces, Sasha Oatley, Amber Vasquez, Ashley Salter, Morgan Bumgardner, and Autumn Lenart.
