Mollie Sue Johnson

Johnson, Mollie Sue - Age 72, of Flint, died September 7, 2024. 

Funeral services will be held 1 PM Friday, September 13, 2024 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Interment at 2:30 PM Friday September 13 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be held 11 AM until the time of the funeral at 1 PM on Friday September 13. 

Mollie was born August 3, 1952 in Barbourville, Kentucky, daughter of Steely Hubbs and Cloteen (Engle) Hubbs. She married BP "Pete" Johnson on July 4, 1970 in Barbourville, Kentucky. She was a member of East Gate Baptist Church. She was a member of the Eastern Stars. She was a Committed Christian and loved working with children at church for Sunday School. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. 

Surviving are: husband of 54 years, BP "Pete" Johnson; two daughters, Kimberly (Andy) Gould of Swartz Creek, Angela (Jason) Cox of Flint; grandchildren, Aaron, Cody, Jordan, Sarah, Alex, Daniel, Sage and Terrance; great-grandchildren, Gavin, Grayson, Neil, Aurora, Ophelia, Paisley, Ariella, Aaliyah; siblings, Gene Hubbs, Mary (Damon) Mitchell, Judy (Nathan) Shackelford, Dian (James) Williams, Ronnie (Alma) Hubbs; many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents.
