Minnie N. PETERS

PETERS, Minnie N. - age 73, of Burton, died May 28, 2011 at her residnece. Cremation has taken place and a private family service was held. Funeral arrangements are provided by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Minnie was born March 13, 1938 in Marmaduke, AR, the daughter of the late Elza S. and Wilmoth L. (Shilcutt) Fitch. She married Clifton "Cliff" Peters on October 11, 1958 in Flint. Mrs. Peters was the president of the Ronny McDowell and sons fan club. She was a waitress in the flint and surrounding areas all her working career and she was an avid bowler. Surviving are: husband, Cliff of Burton; sons, Kenneth Buys Peters and wife Judy of Flint, David Peters and wife Barbara of Lansing, Larry Peters of Flint, Jeff Peters and wife Brenda of Grand Blanc, Kevin Peters and wife Kathy of Vernon Township; daughter-in-law Carmen Peters of Germany; grandchildren, Monika, Charles, Mandy, Josh, Melinda, Jessica, Dana, Katie, Devin; great-grandchildren, Mika, Elijah, John, Christian; Sisters, Carol Robb and husband John of Fife Lake, MI, Peggy Books and husband Eric of FL, Patty Fitch of Mt.Morris; brother, Phil Fitch and wife Cathy of Fife Lake, MI; many neices, nephews and cousins.
