WYCKOFF, Minerva Mae - Age 89, of Gladwin, formerly of Hartland Township, passed away July 10, 2009. She was born April 9, 1920 in Argentine, to the late Clifford E. and Myrtle (Rummell) Powell. She married Earl Wyckoff on November 21, 1942. Minerva worked at the Flint Library and helped set up the McPherson Medical Library. She is survived by her husband, Earl; four children, David (Ruth) Wyckoff of Hartland Twp., Carrie (Gary) VanBlaricum of Gladwin, Kathy (Randy) VanWormer of Gaines, Julie Lyons of Marysville, Washington. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Minerva was the oldest of 10 children, 4 surviving brothers, Dallas (Rose) Powell of Fenton, Gerald Powell of Fenton, C. Wayne (Janice) Powell of Nevada, Richard (Connie) Powell of Fenton; 3 sisters, Barbara Wardlow of Highland, Connie (William) Ignace of Fenton and Jeannett (Robert) Faught of Bancroft. She was preceded in death by her 2 brothers, Herbert and Carol Powell and grandson, David Earl Wyckoff. Services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton with Pastor Jack McMaster officiating.
