Michael Woodring

WOODRING,Michael L., AGE 59, A resident of Flint died Saturday, November 29, 2008 at Hurley Medical Center. Michael was born in West Virginia on December 2, 1948. He has lived in the Flint area most of his lifetime. He was veteran of the United States Marine Corp. He retired from A. C. Spark Plug Division and had attended the West Flint Church of God. Surviving are 3 sisters; Carol Fulghum of Holly, Phyllis Croteau of Flint and Vickie Lajb of Houghton Lake; 4 brothers: John Woodring and wife Kim of Burton,James Woodring of Mt. Morris, Rev. Calvin Woodring and wife Barb of Elkton, Maryland, Rickie Woodring of Grand Blanc. Also surviving is his mother, Irene Woodring of Fenton and many aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:30 P.M. Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at the Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc, Twp. Rev. James Shumaker will officiate. Burial will follow at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery with military honors provided by the Marine Corps League. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 7 to 9 P.M.
