TESTER, Michael Anthony - Age 56, of Flint formerly of Linden, died Saturday, November 12, 2016. Funeral services will be held 12:30 PM Thursday, November 16, 2016 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Pastor Donald Neuville officiating. Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be held at the funeral home 10:00 AM Thursday until the time of the service. In lieu of flower, contribution to the Michael A. Tester Memorial Fund, c/o Sharp Funeral Homes. Michael was born May 5, 1960 in Flint the son of Robert William and Anna Teresa (Rathburn) Tester. He attended Linden High School. He had resided in Flint for the past year coming from Linden. Michael was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Surviving are: son, Michael Tester II and fiancee' Nikki Leite of Massachusetts; grandchildren, Amelia, Brenna, Destyni, and Michael III; siblings, Sam and wife Pam Tester of Vassar, Anna "Susie" Tester of Fenton, Raymond and wife Janet Tester of Burton, Robert and wife Shirley Tester of Linden, and Norm Tester of Fenton; and several nieces and nephews.
