Michael Tabit

TABIT, Michael Derrick - Age 52, of Flint, died Tuesday, November 29, 2016. Funeral services will be held 5PM Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road Flint. Deacon Ken Price will be officiating. Visitation will be held 12PM until time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the family c/o Sharp Funeral Homes. Michael was born September 11, 1964 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Irwin and Lilonie (Peters) Tabit. Michael enjoyed collecting antique and native American art. He worked at Comcast as an installer for many years. Surviving are: son, Nathan Hunt of Flint; parents, Irwin and Lilonie Tabit of Flint; sister's, Sandra Hasman of FL, Sharon (Brian) Petit of Swartz Creek, brother, Mark (Brandy) Tabit of Burton; many nieces, nephews and K-9 companion of many years, Lakota. He was preceded in death by his brother Thomas Irwin Tabit, grandparents, Irwin Edward and Alice Joyce Tabit and grandmother Eva Powell.
