Michael Roberts

Roberts, Michael Clay - Age 47 of Traverse City, passed away May 26, 2015 and joined his father in heaven. Services will be held 3PM Friday June 12, 2015 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. The family will receive friends from 2PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to the Michael Clay Roberts Memorial Fund and/or Lani Kay Roberts c/o Sharp Funeral Homes. Michael was born July 18, 1967 in Flint, the son of Everette Clay and Margaret J. (Vorachek) Roberts. He lived in Traverse City the past 12 years. He was employed by Grand Traverse Masonry. He enjoyed hunting, motorcycles, and snowmobiling. He is survived by his daughter, Lani and his ex-wife Kari (Sanborn) Roberts, his mother Margaret, sisters, Pam, Sue and Patty, special nephew Chad, nieces Sara, Veronica and Lori, Vickey and Shalon, Several aunts, uncles and cousins, the Roberts and Sanborn families, best friends Chris Kelly and Bob Burch and many others.
