Michael Anthony Harris

HARRIS, Michael Anthony  Age 38, of Linden, died Sunday, January 18, 2004 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Thursday, January 22, 2004 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton, Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be held 7-9 PM Tuesday, 2-5 & 7-9 PM Wednesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. A Vigil Service will be held 7 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the Michael Anthony Harris Memorial Fund for his son, Camerons education. Michael was born January 6, 1966 in Flint, the son of Robert J. and Patricia S. (Lewicki) Harris. He was a 1984 graduate of Linden High School and had lived in the Linden-Fenton area his entire life. Mr. Harris was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus. On August 28, 1998, he was married to Vista D. Hilliker at St. John in Fenton. He was employed by Universal Utilities and had in the past, served a volunteer fireman in Linden. Surviving are: wife, Vista; son, Cameron Harris of Linden; daughters, Amber and Ashley Murphy both of Linden; father, Robert Harris of Linden; grandmother, Clara V. Harris of Fenton; brother Paul Harris of Flint; sister Jennifer Harris of Linden and fiancâ?s Michael Austin of Holly; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
