Michael Allen Gilbert

GILBERT, Michael Allen  Age 33, of Flint, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, August 22, 2004. He passed away in his sleep. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Wednesday, August 25, 2004 at St. Bartholomews Anglican Church, 9252 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, Fr. Gene Geromel officiating. Interment will follow in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held 12-9 PM Tuesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek and from 11 AM until the time of service Wednesday at the church. Mike was a 1989 graduate of Swartz Creek High School and was a painter with Jim Gilberts painting for some time. He was a very generous and loving man who put his family first. He will be greatly missed and always remembered. Surviving are: son, Michael; parents, Anthony and Mary Gilbert of Swartz Creek; brother, Bill Brutha Bill (Heather) Gilbert; sister, Treka Treek (Bradley) McCormick; grandparents, Allen and Joann Ahrens; nephews, Cristofer, Sawyer, Owen, Maddox, Dawson and his only niece, Olivia Ollie.
