Michael Dennis Conklin

CONKLIN, Michael Dennis, age 64, of Flint, passed away on June 30, 2023.  Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life gathering will be held from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM Saturday, July 22, 2023 at the Kearsley Park Pavilion located at 1830 Kearsley Park Blvd., Flint, Michigan. 

Michael was born on May 23, 1959 in Flint, Michigan to the late Max and Amalia (Esposito) Conklin.  He attended Flint Central High School and was a dedicated basketball and baseball coach with the Mount Morris Schools.  He enjoyed Rock n' Roll Music...especially Ted Nugent and he cherished time spent with his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Jeanine; Children, Jennifer (Gopal) Rao of New Jersey, Colin (Cassandra) Conklin of North Carolina, Korey Conklin of Flint; Kristen (Clay) Brophy of Clio, and Carrie (Scott) Richardson of North Carolina.  Grandchildren, Cody, Jaret, Riley, Emerie, Amalia, and Easton.  Great-Grandchildren, Chandler and Nora; his sisters, Patricia (Frank) Bleicher; Theresa Treece; and many nieces and nephews; and friends.

Mr. Conklin was preceded in death by his parents; brothers; sisters and granddaughter, Jordan.
