BOWERS, Michael Elwood - Age 52, of Ann Arbor, died Friday, May 6, 2011. Cremation has taken place and no public services will be held. Michael was born January 13, 1959 in Pontiac, the son of Elwood Lee and Tamara J. (Cox) Bowers. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He had resided in Ann Arbor for the past 20 years. Surviving are: daughter, Danielle Bowers of Burton; 2 grandchildren, Alexis Bowers and Gabriel Reynolds; parents, Elwood and Tamara Bowers of Byron; brother, Christopher Bowers of Ann Arbor; 2 sisters, Trudy Wallace of Kentucky and Paula and husband John Steele of Bridgeport; aunts and uncles, Dutch and Dara Russell and Carol and Lou Paige; several nieces and nephews.
