ADOLPH, Michael Gerald "Take A Break" "My Beloved" - Age 57, of Flint, died Monday, August 10, 2009 at his residence. Funeral services will be held 12:00 Noon Monday, August 17, 2009 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Burial immediately following at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday from 1-4 and 6-8 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to the Michael G. Adolph Memorial Fund. Michael was born July 30, 1952 in Flint, the son of Gerald Wesley and Frances M. (Mullin) Adolph. He had resided in Flint most of his life. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp as an Avionics Electrician. Michael retired from GM Chevrolet as an Electrician and was a member of U.A.W. Local 659. He participated in the Flint Sesquicentennial Parade in the same capacity as his father did in the Flint Centennial Parade. Michael was an avid gardner and constant reader. Our beloved Michael will be dearly missed by his children, Emily, Robert and Mariel Adolph and other family and friends.
