SOVA, Melissa Renee - Age 49, of Holly, went to be with God on Wednesday, March 7, 2018. Services will be held 2:30 PM Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Pastor Daniel Patz officiating. Visitation will be 1 PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the wishes of the family. Melissa was born June 14, 1968 in Mullins, West Virginia. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. If you were fortunate enough to know her, she added brightness, love, and compassion to every room she walked into. She will be sadly missed. Surviving are: fiancé, Todd Betts; children, Cassandra and Corey; grandchildren, Madeline and Alden; mother, Edith (Leroy) Cassidy; father, John (Trudie) Browning; sister, Sheron; nephews, Jason, Dallas, and Laban; nieces, Michele and Tesha.
