HOSIE, Maxine May -- Age 89, died January 8, 2016. Funeral services will be held 1PM Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Chaplain Steve Hittle officiating. Interment will follow at Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be 2-8PM Monday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to a charity of one's choice. Maxine was born September 19, 1926 the daughter of Jay D. and Fern E. (Combs) Warner in Fawn River Twp., MI. She married Theodore A. Hosie on April 4, 1944. Survived by: husband of 71 years, Theodore, children; Linda Hosie of Swartz Creek, Bruce Hosie (Kathy) of Mt. Morris, Craig (Cathy) Hosie of IA, Norma Young of Swartz Creek, Karen (Daniel) Monahan of Jerome, Janel Hosie (Mike) of Kalamazoo, William (Julie) Hosie of MN, Clark (Lisa) Hosie of Crystal Falls, 20 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, sister, Willma (Larry) St. Clair, and also several nieces and nephews.
