Maurice Brady

BRADY, Maurice William - Age 86, of Linden, died November 4, 2017. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 AM Saturday, November 11, 2017 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St. Fenton. The family will receive friends from 9 AM until the time of Mass. Those desiring may make contributions to Marion D. Crouse Instructional Center, 3330 Luce Rd., Flushing, MI 48433. Maurice was born April 28, 1931 in Deckerville, MI, the son of William and Beatrice (Heilich) Brady. Maurice was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving in the Korean War. He was married to Joan Schoonover on June 28, 1958 in Mt. Morris. Mr. Brady retired from Central Transport Trucking in 1992. He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus. Maurice is survived by his wife, Joan; children, Donna (Phillip) Crockett, Mary (Timothy Mohtashem) Carminati, Annette Corcoran, Linda (Stephen) Sarkon, Thomas (Shannon) Brady; 11 grandchildren; brothers, Michael Brady and Thomas (Lorraine) Brady.
