Mason Evan Tabor

Mason Evan Tabor - Age 21, of Fenton, passed away December 16, 2024. A celebration of life will be held at Fenton Winery and Brewery Banquet Venue on January 18, 2025 at 1 pm. Mason was born August 15, 2003, the son of Richard and Stacy (Boucher) Tabor. He was the first baby born during the big midwest blackout at Southfield Providence Hospital. He attended kindergarten at Holly Academy, 1st through 6th grade at Northville Schools where his dad works, and finally Fenton Schools from 7th through 12 grades. He played a couple seasons of junior varsity football, but his main sport was swimming, where he met and maintained friendships with so many classmates. He attended GCI for their music program. He graduated from Fenton High School in 2021. His passion was his rap music. He was a talented lyricist, and his songs were full of emotion and words that reached others. In addition he was a gifted artist, drawing and doodling many cartoons and such. Mason was so kind, empathetic, honorable, and loyal. He was the best big brother. He was so excited to finally have siblings at age twelve when his twin sisters came along.

His willingness to help others was immeasurable. He was dedicated to making his music dreams come true. He loved cars, and always talked about one day getting a Lamborghini or other fancy sports car. Mason is survived by his parents, Richard and Stacy; his twin sisters, Lana and London; grandparents, Robert and Connie Tabor; uncles, Kelly Boucher and Jeff (Maureen) Boucher; his ‘greatest love’ Liberty Moore, numerous cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Neil and Sally Boucher; uncles, Daryl Boucher and Shawn Boucher. In lieu of flowers those inclined may make contributions Adopt-a-Pet of Fenton MI.
