Marylou Gean

GEAN, MaryLou - Age 72, of Swartz Creek, died Thursday, December 25, 2003 at Genesys Health Park. Services will be held 1 PM Tuesday, December 30, 2003 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, G-5176 W. Court St., Flint with Pastor Martin Watkins officiating. Interment will be held at Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be held 1-4 and 6-9 PM Sunday and Monday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Mrs. Gean was born October 19, 1931 in Flint, the daughter of Mac and Fern Kitchen. She married Donald L. Gean and he preceded her in death on November 9, 1993. She was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Surviving are: 3 children, Shirley Korth of Flint, Marilyn (Dan) Jeffery, Jerry (Salle) Gean, all of Swartz Creek; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers; 4 sisters; several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by: her parents; sister, Jean Hilliard.
