YASKANIN, Mary Susan - age 89, died Thursday, April 15, 2010 at Avalon Hospice. Services will be held 1 PM Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd. with Pastor Jim Nelson officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held 12 PM until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home. Mary was born July 1, 1920 in Flint, the daughter of Peter and Mary (Oleksa) Yaskanin. She retired from Buick as an Executive Secretary in 1984. Surviving are: two brothers, Peter, Jr and Michael; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Judy and Dave Bouchard, Ruth Foulkrod.
