Mary Imogene (Jones) Wright

Wright, Mary Imogene (Jones) - Age 75, of Flint, died February 19, 2025. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc. Mary was born January 4, 1950 in Lapeer, the daughter of John Frank and Ruth Imogene (Brewer) Jones. She married Lawrence Wright on July 6, 1979. Mary loved her family dearly and her friends as well. She also loved to dance and enjoyed flowers. Mary was a kind and thoughtful person. Her great-granddaughter Layla was the sunshine of her life. Mary was also a member of OES # 474. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Larry; daughter, Kim VanderSypen; step-daughters, Jeanne (John) Maddalena, Christy (Steve) Havermale; grandchildren, Joseph James (Nicole), Maegan Dawson (Jamal), Sydney Houtz (John), Kira Havermale, Sam Maddalena, Tessa Maddalena, Connor Havermale; 2 great-grandchildren, Ethan Estep, Layla Chapman; many nieces and nephews.
