STIPAK, Mary - age 93, of Linden, died Friday, April 23, 2010. Mary was born May 3, 1916 in Detroit, the daughter of Mladen and Anna Georgieff. Husband, Iggy preceded her in death on October 14, 1994. Loving mom of Marilyn and husband, Dan Burke of Linden; two granddaughters, Jenifer and husband, John Thomas of Hartland, Julie and husband, Steve Wong of Seattle; two great-grandsons, Parker and Noah Thomas; brother-in-law, Steve Stipak and wife, Kathryn; several nieces and nephews; dear friend of 60 years, Sue Hendricks. Her sister, Helen also preceded her in death. The family expresses their love and gratitude to the caregivers at Young At Heart Assisted Living in Holly. A celebration of Mary's life will be held Sunday, May 2, 2010 from 2-6 PM at her daughter's home, 9256 Timberland Dr., Linden. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Adopt-A-Pet, 13575 N.
