STAMPER, Mary Catherine - Age 63, of Fenton, died Monday, June 13, 2011 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, June 17, 2011 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Burial in Parkview Memorial Cemetery, Livonia. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 3-8 PM. Mary was born July 4, 1947 in Marysville, IN, the daughter of Edward Albert and Mary Edwina (Moore) Mohr. She was a graduate of Hartland High School. She married James A. Stamper December 16, 1967 in Southfield. Mary had worked for TRW in Fenton. She had resided in Fenton-Hartland area her entire life. She enjoyed doing crafts. Surviving are: husband, James A. Stamper, Sr.; 2 sons, James A. Stamper, Jr. and wife Sopha of La Porte, TX and Thomas Stamper of Jacksonville, FL; mother-in-law, Herma Duffield of Fenton; 3 brothers, James A. Mohr, Cecil R. (Charleen) Mohr and Michael W. Mohr all of Kentucky; 3 sisters, Betty B. Long of Kentucky, Helen Webb of Fenton and Marilyn J. Duncan of Kentucky; several nieces and nephews.
