Mary Sharp

SHARP, Mary Jane - Age 71, of Swartz Creek formerly of Linden, died Monday, June 3, 2019. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society. Mary was born March 27, 1948 in Flint, the daughter of Lloyd and Jacqueline (Reid) Steffey. She was a 1966 graduate of Fenton High School. She married Ronald Sharp December 2, 1977 in Linden and he preceded her in death March 24, 2005. Mary had resided in Swartz Creek for the past 3 years coming from Linden. Surviving are: her daughters, Teresa (Jason) VanKuren of Swartz Creek and Kimberly (Galen) Melton-Widing of Fenton; grandchildren, Anthony, Carrli (Donavan), Shane, Lee (Kayla), Carr, and Autumn; great grandchildren, Jenson, Kennedy, Julian, Brayden, Kaylee, and Mia; brother, William (Sue) Stefffey of Lupton; and several nieces and nephews.
