Mary Ann Scharer

SCHARER,  Mary Ann, age 42 a resident of Grand Blanc, died at home on Tuesday, January 3, 2006.  Mary Ann was born in Flint on December 21, 1963 and has lived all her live in the area.  She attended Clio area schools, later Baker College.  Mary Ann had been employed for several years at the 7-11 store on Atherton Rd. and later at Mitchells Market in Mt. Morris.   She was a loving, kind person and especially loved her family. Surviving are two children; Britney and Jonathan.  Her  mother,  Mary C. Laird; two sisters;  Pam Mangold, Cyndy Stoltenberg (Ron); Brothers;  Tim Gleffe (Teresa), Tom Gleffe and twin brother, George Karl Gleffe (Wendy), a special niece; Missy Mangold; special nephew, Shaun Mangold; special sister, Shasheen Snider, grandmother, Mary B. Laird, Aunt, Delore Prince and other nieces, nephews and relatives.  Funeral services will be 1:00 P. M. Saturday, January 7, 2006 at the Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. (Just South of Hill Rd.).  Rev. Bruce Nowacek will officiate and burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 P.M. today and Friday from 1 to 8 P.M.  Memorial in Mary Anns name may be directed to Genesys Trauma Center.   Friends may share an online condolence or post a tribute at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com
