MITCHELL, Mary E.- Age 95, of Swartz Creek, died Thursday April 22, 2021. A graveside service will be held 1PM Friday, April 23 at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Flint. Father Anthony Strouse celebrant. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Mary was born July 5, 1925 in Pontiac, the daughter of Charles and Catherine (Kair) Davitt. She married John Mitchell in Pontiac on February of 1946 and he preceded her in death May of 1996. Mary loved to travel across the United States and Europe and she enjoyed crafting. Surviving are: children, Susan French of Grand Blanc, John Mitchell of Swartz Creek and Charles (Christina) of VA; 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
