KISER, Mary A. - Age 91, of Fenton, died Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at her residence. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at the chapel of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St, Fenton, with Fr. Bosco Padamattummal celebrating. Visitation will be held at the church Tuesday from 10:00 AM until time of Mass. Those desiring may make contributions to Heartland Home Health and Hospice, 1321 S. Mrs. Kiser was born June 21, 1919 in Delphos, OH, the daughter of Albert and Martha (Geier) Pothast. She married William Kiser November 5, 1938 in Detroit and he preceded her in death November 13, 2001. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and was an 8 year resident of Millpond Manor in Fenton. Surviving are: 4 children, Pat and husband Jud Smythe of Fenton, William Kiser of Royal Oak, Marilee Kiser of San Francisco, CA and Linda and husband Brent Paterson of Washington, MI; 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Bill Kiser; brother, Richard Pothast; sister, Eileen Pothast.
