Mary Therese Jankowski

JANKOWSKI, Mary Therese - Age 47, of Linden/Fenton, died Thursday, December 22, 2005 at Hurley Medical Center following a long courageous battle with Cancer. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Monday, December 26, 2005 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton, Rev. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Interment in St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be held 1-9 PM Sunday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. A Rosary will be prayed 5 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to St. John G.I.F.T. Campaign or the American Cancer Society, Genesee County Chapter. Mary was born September 3, 1958 in Flint the daughter of Florian A. and Flora Mary (Slavin) Jankowski. She was a 1976 graduate of Fenton High School and had resided in Fenton most of her life. She was a part of the Linden True Value family since 1977. Mary was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Surviving are: siblings, Judy and husband Glen Pieczynski of Linden, Calvin Rapson and wife Sandy of Fenton, Kathleen and husband Jack McDowell of Fenton, Ileen and husband Howard Holsinger of Fenton, Janet and husband Al Crittenden of Holly, JoAnn Sloan of Linden, Linda and husband Michael Garfield of Portage, Michael Jankowski and wife Janice of Linden; many nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
