Mary Joan ANDREWS

ANDREWS, Mary "Joan" (Topolinski) - Age 80, of Swartz Creek, died Friday, April 29, 2011 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 2, 2011 at Great Lakes Baptist Temple, 2112 E. Maple Ave., Burton. Rev. David Chittenden will officiate. Joan was born May 31, 1930 in Flint, the daughter of John and Josephine (Doyle) Topolinski. She was a graduate of St. Michael High School and earned her Nursing Degree from St. Mary in Saginaw. She was married to Harold "Andy" Andrews on October 11, 1954 in Flint. Mrs. Andrews retired from St. Joseph Hospital in 1992. Surviving are: husband, Andy; five sons, Ronald of Swartz Creek, Richard of Burton, Raymond of Grand Blanc, Stephen of Swartz Creek, William and wife, Robin of Swartz Creek; eight grandchildren. Nathan, Jessie, Becky, Tiffany, Paige, Megan, Miles and Ashley; sister, Jean and husband Jack Delany of Grand Blanc.
