ALLEN, Mary Delores - Age 78, of Lake Orion, passed away, Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at Genesys Hospice Care Center. Services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at Woodlawn Church, 3620 Rochester Road, Royal Oak (3 Blocks North of 13 Mile Road). Pastor Dale Hunter officiating. Those desiring may make contributions to Woodlawn Church, at the service. Mary was born April 11, 1933 in Fremont Township, the daughter of Ippolito T. and Jane (Dalkwinch) Moreno. She was a Foster Grandparent, Teachers Extern, Member of Woodlawn Church, Daughter of Missionaries of New Tribes Mission, and spent her childhood on mission field in Bolivia. She was a loving mother of 6, grandmother of 15 and great grandmother of 13. Surviving are: children, Joann (Bill, Sr.) Gomes, James (Denise) Pogoreski, Gary W. Allen, Thomas C. Allen, Donald R. Allen and Teresa (Craig) Snider; grandchildren, Christy (Joey) Herrington, Rebecca (Brian)Maxwell, Linda (Matt) Smith, William J. Gomes, Jr., Michael (Jennifer) Gomes, Eric (Janice) Pogoreski, David (Patricia) Pogoreski, Steven (Ellen) Pogoreski, Dustin (Sarah) Pogoreski, Brooke Allen, Tessa (Darren) Allen, Shanda Romero, Janelle Allen, Stephen Snider and Sara Snider; great grandchildren, Hunter Maxwell, Dylan Maxwell, Austin Smith, Mattison Smith, Braden Pogoreski, Brody Pogoreski, Kashia Pogoreski, William Gomes III, Kayla Rose Gomes, Zack Gomes, Clayton Herrington, Gavin Gomes and Abigale Gomes.
