Martin Dennis

DENNIS, Martin L. "Slick"- Age 88, of Fenton, passed away November 30, 2021. Funeral Services will be held 11:30 AM Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at First Baptist Church of Fenton, 860 N. Leroy St., Fenton. Burial will follow in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:30AM until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to First Baptist Church of Fenton. Martin was born September 3, 1933 in Flint, the son of Alvin and Nell (Thompson) Dennis. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving in the Korean War. Mr. Dennis was a truck driver for 38 years and retired from Leaseway Transportation in 1988. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Fenton. He is survived by his wife, June; children, Mark (Kathy) Dennis, Paula Dennis and Ryan (Rachael) Dennis; grandchildren,  Tiffney, Jason, Christian, Nicholas, Alexandria, Luke, Matthew, Ben, Alaina and Tony; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Ariel, Jordan, Aubrey, Ireland, Paris, Jayson, Callie, Blake, William, Olivia, Lilyana, Justin, Travis and Taylor; great great-granddaughter, Alannah.
