Martin Bazzani Sr.

BAZZANI, Martin Benjamin, Sr., Age 83, of Gladwin, went to be with his Lord and Savior on November 9, 2019.  Funeral service will be held in the mausoleum at Flint Memorial Park, 9506 N. Dort Hwy, Mt. Morris 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 12, 2019.  Rev. James M. Krach officiating.  Those desiring may make contributions to Mid Michigan Home Care (Hospice) and/or to the family.

Martin was born January 24, 1936 in Flint.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.  He married Ruth Ann Thayer November 1, 1955 in Flint.  Martin retired from Fisher Body Grand Blanc.  He was a member of the U.A.W.  He also loved to drive everywhere.

Surviving are: his wife of 64 years, Ruth Ann; children, Lynn and husband Edward Rau of Westland, Martin (Ben) Bazzani, Jr. of Gladwin, Gino and wife Carol Bazzani of Gaylord, Jeffrey Bazzani of Lewiston; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; sister, Patsy Cooney of Montrose; and several nieces and nephews.
