Marlow Brewer

BREWER, Marlow Juan Jose - Age 66, of Burton, died August 6, 2015. Per Marlow's wishes, cremation has taken place and interment will be Thursday, August 13 at 1:30 PM at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Services provided by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Marlow was born December 12, 1948 the son of Clifford and Ruby (Bays) Brewer in Huntington, WV. He attended and graduated from Swartz Creek High School and is a Veteran of the U.S. Army. After completing his service to our country in the Army he worked in the Buick Foundry, retiring in 1998. Marlow married April Podleski and she preceded him in death on November 2, 2013. He enjoyed hunting and spending time riding his Harley motorcycle, and he enjoyed telling stories. Survived by: son, Chad Brewer, grandchildren; Courtney Bennett and Skyler Brewer, great-grandchildren; Natilee, Alexis and Lydia, as well as siblings; Fran Brewer and Val Brewer. Preceded in death by: wife, April Brewer, daughter, Nicole Brewer and his parents. Marlow will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
