PENCE, Marjorie E. - Age 90, of Fenton, died Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at Riverbend. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Friday, February 22, 2008 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton. Fr. Roy Horning celebrant. Visitation will be held 4-9 PM Thursday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. A Rosary will be prayed 8 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Marjorie was born May 26, 1917 in Flint, the daughter of Guy Corwin and Stella (Hall) Pellett. She was married to Joseph R. Pence Jr. on April 26, 1941; he preceded her in death in 1980. Mrs. Pence was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, St. Joseph Auxiliary, Atlas Valley Country Club and had been employed by Citizens Bank. She spent her entire life in Flint and Lake Fenton. Surviving are: children, Pamela and husband C. Patrick Burke of Grand Blanc, Martha and husband Richard Kral of Fife Lake, Mariellen Russell of Flint, Suellen and husband Patric Parker of Fenton; grandchildren, Stephanie Kristen, Stacey Whipple, Michael Kral, Timothy Kral, Stephen Kral, Trevor Russell, Patrick Russell, Cory Russell, Joseph Boike, Thomas Boike and Charles Boike; great-grandchildren, Mary and Thomas Kristen, Emily and Isabell Krall.
