Marisa Sand

SAND, Marisa Christian - Age 36, of Mt. Morris, died Saturday, May 7, 2022.  Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, May 12, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton (A live stream of the service will be available on Marisa's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com).  Burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Fenton.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 12:00 PM until the time of the service.  Those desiring may make contributions to the Marisa Christian Sand Memorial Fund, c/o Sharp Funeral Home.

Marisa was born March 22, 1986 in Flint, the daughter of Joseph Sar and Sheri Lei (Peterson) Sand.  She was a 2004 graduate of Mott Middle College and she received a associates degree from Baker College.  She had resided in the Flint area her entire life.  She was currently employed by Hurley Genesys Cancer Institute and she had also been employed by Ortho Michigan on Bristol Road.

Surviving are: her children, Jea'Len, Keyairah, and Kyren; mother, Sheri and Bill Waterman of Fenton; father, Joseph and Vicky Sand of Holly; brother, Jerry (Autumn) Sand of Clio; fiancé, Dequann "Bam" Cannon; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
