Marion Stevenson

STEVENSON, Marion Kathleen - age 88, of Fenton, died September 19, 2019. Private family services will be held. Marion was born December 13, 1930 in Detroit, the daughter of Clarence Joseph and Rose Mary (Usler) Kaltz. She graduated from Immaculata High School in Detroit. Marion was proud to grow up on the West side of Detroit where her father was a policeman for the City of Detroit.  She married James Michael Stevenson on October 18, 1958 in Milford and he preceded her in death on October 26, 1989. She was an active volunteer with F.A.R.R. (Fenton Area Resource and Referral) in Fenton and St. Vincent de Paul and had been a member of St. John Catholic Church in Fenton and St. Rita Catholic Church in Holly. Surviving are: six children, Mary Stevenson of Fenton, George (Lori) Stevenson of Fenton, John (Jamie) Stevenson of Highland Twp, Anne (Kurt) Stebbins of Highland Twp, Kay (Gordon) Sekerak of Saline, and Nora (Curtis) Towne of Brighton; eight grandchildren, Michael, Emma, Nicholas, Zachary, Adam, Julia, Elizabeth and James.
