Marion Hammerle

HAMMERLE, Marion Nancy - Age 74, of Fenton, died Saturday, November 25, 2017. Though her time with us was too short, she lived with love while uplifting others, and left this world with grace and a smile as she embraced the welcoming hands of our Lord and Savior, Jesus. Per Marion's request, no services will be held. Those desiring may make contributions to Samaritan's Purse. Marion was born September 17, 1943 in Wyandotte, the daughter of Frank and Mary (Eclody) Keresztes. She was a 1961 graduate from Hartland High School and received her Bachelor's Degree in Education from Michigan State University. She retired from Linden Community Schools, where she taught at Argentine Elementary and Linden Elementary. She loved the outdoors and was also a Master Gardener. Surviving are: son, Mark and wife Christine Hammerle; grandsons, Steven and Joshua Hammerle of Fenton; sister, Sally and husband Robert Rutkowski of Brighton; and nephew, Robert Rutkowksi, Jr. of Brighton.
