TANGUE, Marilyn Clare - age 85, of Linden, died Saturday, June 16, 2018 at McLaren-Flint. Services will be announced at a later date. Marilyn was born December 18, 1932 in Canaan, VT, the daughter of Lynwood Byron and Eva Nancy (Locke) Peck. She was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Marine Corp with a honorable discharge as a Sergeant. Marilyn married Duane Raymond Tangue on July 2, 1955 in Canaan, VT and he preceded her in death on March 31, 2015. She was a member of the Linden United Methodist Church and the South East Council of United Methodist Women. Marilyn loved music and signing, she was a member of her church choir, the Loose Senior Center Choir and the Sweet Adelines. Surviving are: four daughters. Debra (Charles) Loader of Burton, Teresa Adams of Conroe, TX, Patricia (Marvin) Morse, and Pamela (Eric) Couden, both of Linden; nine grandchildren, Sarah, Taylor, Kyle, Hunter, Chase, Alexandria, Jesse, Jon, and Dianna; four siblings, Donald (Mary Jane) Peck, Kenneth (Barbara) Peck, Lynda (Robert) Chaffee, and Lauren (Susan) Peck.
