Marilyn Brown

November 10, 1940 — March 27, 2021

BROWN, Marilyn Louise - Age 80, of Mackinaw City formerly of Fenton, died Saturday, March 27, 2021.  Per Marilyn's request cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will be held at a later date at Oakwood Cemetery in Fenton.  Those desiring may make contributions to Autism Speaks.

Marilyn was born November 10, 1940 in Fenton the daughter of Samuel A. and Harriet M. (Roe) Angus.  She was a 1958 graduate of Fenton High School.  She married Kenneth W. Brown December 31, 1958 in Fenton and he preceded her in death February 19, 1990; and her son, Kenneth G. Brown preceded her in death November 21, 2017.  She had resided in Mackinaw City since 1993 coming from Fenton.  She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved going to her grandchildren's sporting events to cheer them on, she rarely missed a game.

Surviving are: her twin daughters, Kelli Gallagher and Kerri Brown both of Mackinaw City; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; siblings, William (Bonnie) Angus of Coldwater, Joyce VanCamp of Clio, and James (Valerie) Angus of Fenton; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her parents.  Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
