JOHNSON, Marie 'Mary' L. - Age 72, of Flint, died Tuesday, April 19, 2005 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral services will be held 4 PM Friday, April 22, 2005 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden with Rev. Fr. David Harvey officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 PM until the time of service Friday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Genesys Health Systems, Pulmonology Unit. Mary was born July 31, 1932 in Clare, MI, the daughter of Clair and Dorothy (Jourdain) Schaaf. She had worked at Sears in Flint and Dutch Hollow Golf Course in Durand. Surviving are: companion, Oscar Horton of Flint; three children, Donna Walker of Flint, Joyce and husband, Dr. Dale Vincent of Houston, TX, Michael Walker of Tucson, AZ; 12 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; mother, Dorothy Schaaf Lawler of Big Pine Key, FL; three siblings, Joyce Hopper of Big Pine Key, FL, Marjorie and husband, Clifton Orr of Linden, Eugene Schaaf and wife, Wanda of Durand; and many nieces and nephews.
