CLIMIE, Marie Margaret - Age 87, of Flint, died Thursday, March 29, 2012 at Brian's House, Davison. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, April 2, 2012 at St. Paul Episcopal Church, 711 S. Saginaw St, Flint, The Reverend Barbara Cavin officiating. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint Sunday from 1-4 and 6-8 PM and at church Monday from 10:00 AM until time of service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to St. Paul Episcopal Church. Marie was born July 3, 1924 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Walter and Marie (Flackley) Krupp. She married Chauncey A. Climie August 8, 1942 in Chicago, IL and he preceded her in death May 12, 1994. She retired from the Flint Public Schools as Lunch Supervisor. She was a member of St. Paul Episcopal Church where she was a member of the choir for many years. Marie was also a member of the DAV Auxiliary. Surviving are: 3 daughters, Patricia and husband Harold Pilkey of Grand Blanc, Gail Lee Climie of Kingcheloe Victoria Lynn Climie of Burton; 5 grandchildren, Jeff Flowers of Indian River, Angie and husband Tim Rourke of Flushing, Marci Flowers of Minnesota, David and wife Laura Pilkey of Fenton and Jerry Martin of Kingcheloe; 4 great grandchildren, Maggie, Cameron, Lillie and Violet; several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Margaret Flowers, son, David Andrew Climie and sister, Phyllis Leonhardt.
