Mrs. Benson was born December 7, 1953 in Flint, the daughter of Richard Johnson and Elaine May Coykendall. Surviving are: husband, Rodney Benson of Burton; son, Tony (Kenda) Johnson of Swartz Creek; 2 grandchildren; father, Dick Johnson of FL; 2 brothers, Don (Sandy) Coykendall of Davison, Rock Johnson of Flint; sister, Jennifer David of FL.
