STOKES, Marian V. - Age 97, of Fenton, died Saturday, September 25, 2010. A Memorial service and dinner will be held 6:00 PM Saturday, October 9, 2010 at River Bank Golf Club, 24095 Currie Rd, South Lyon. Contributions to In-House Hospice or Alzheimer's Association. Mrs. Stokes was born September 12, 1913 in Detroit, the daughter of Charles and Flora (Nicolai) Krueger. She married Oscar L. Stokes July 21, 1934 and he preceded her in death August 10, 1994. Surviving are: 3 sons, Ronald (Carolyn), Thomas (Carolyn) and John (Pamela); 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; sister, Florence Hayes.
