Maria E. RODRIGUEZ

RODRIGUEZ, Maria E., 82, of Corpus Christi, Texas, formally of Flint, Michigan passed away January 27, 2012. She was the wife of the former Agustin M. Rodriguez, with whom she shared 55 years of marriage. Maria traveled north to Michigan with her husband to raise a family. She was a homemaker and active in community political affairs. Along with her husband they retired to Corpus Christi, Texas, where she continued her involvement in political affairs and found a career in the real estate business. She is survived by her children who are left to cherish her memory - sons, Agustin J. (Lilly) of San Antonio, Texas; Ricardo R. (Rose) of Flint, Michigan; Rigoberto R. (Heidi Swartstrom) of Gaines; and their daughter, Carmen R. (Chris) Andrianopoulos of Ann Arbor. As well as 12 grandchildren; Erica, Ricky, Selena, Tatsiana, Olivia, Zoe, Jacob, Victor, Tamara-Ashley, Elyse, Micah, Gina and four great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc Twp. Interment will follow at Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris.
